Giving You the Best Experience

At our Happy Hair & Co., we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Happy Hair experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.


Late Policy:

It is very important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. The 50% cancellation fee will then be applied to your account. If you are running late please let us know. 


Deposit Policy: 

All color clients are required to put your card on file before booking an appointment. We will not charge your card unless you fail to not give notice of your appointment cancellation. In the case that you cannot make your appointment, we require 48 hour notice. Less than 48 hour notice will result in being charged 50% of your appointment. Same day no show or cancellation will result in 100% charge to your card. If the card is DECLINED for any reason the appointment fee will be applied to your account and you will be required to pay up front before your next appointment. 


Guests:

Please DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. CHILDREN UNDER 14 are not allowed for the safety and sanitation processes. Our salon has alot of hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects that we do not want hurting any of our babes. 


Refunds:

We do not offer any refunds for hair. If you have a problem with your hair please reach out within 7 days to discuss your needs moving forward. 



*IT IS OUR TOP PRIORITY TO GIVE EACH AND EVERY CLIENT THE BEST CONSULTATION AND SERVICE EACH AND EVERY TIME YOU SIT IN OUR CHAIR. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UP FRONT AND HONEST WITH THEIR STYLIST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT IN ACHIEVING YOUR ULTIMATE GOAL. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF FALSE INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST AT HAPPY HAIR & CO.**
